Anders Jemail

Anders Jemail specialises in advising corporations and venture-capital funds in mergers and acquisitions and investments. He has extensive experience from cross-border transactions in a wide range of business sectors, with particular experience of the technology sectors where he also acts as advisor during the growth and commercialisation phase.
