  • Advised the joint venture of Edeltech Group and Shikun & Binui in all stages and aspects relating to the tender, and subsequently the sale and the handover process, of the Ramat Hovav Power Plant, a power generating site holding a  production capacity of approximately 1,150 MW.  The purchase price (and winning tender bid) for the plant stand on 4,300,000,000 NIS, with the sale being a key milestone in the governmental privatization reform of the Israeli energy market.
  • Advised the joint venture between Canadian Solar and Menora Mivtachim Energy with respect to: (i) the development of a series of PV solar projects throughout Israel, with an aggregate capacity of 150 MW, including with respect to the commercial agreements, the land agreements (vis-à-vis municipalities) and ongoing regulatory issues; (ii) the project financing of 4 of the said PV projects by the Phoenix Group. 
  • Advised Haifa Chemicals in the framework of the commercial agreements required for construction and operation of an integrated Ammonia production and co-generation power plant to be constructed its premises in Mishor Rotem).
