• Acted as local counsel to Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. in connection with the green bond issuance by Investment Energy Resources Limited (IERL), a subsidiary of the Guatemalan Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI) of $700 million.
• Legal advisers to Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as joint Bookrunners and initial purchasers of the Senior Secured Notes for US$700,000,000.00
• Consortium - Legal (Guatemala) acted as Local Counsel for the Sole Lead Manager and Bookrunner of the Notes issued by the Republic of Guatemala in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The issuance was made for US$500,000,000.00 but the Sole Lead Manager and Bookrunner received purchase orders in aggregate of US$1.69BN;
