• Akindeji is advising Black Rhino in connection with its acquisition of interests from an unincorporated joint venture in, and the subsequent development of, a 540MW gas fired combined cycle power plant.
• He is advising the promoters of the proposed development of a 480MW power plant in Okpai, Delta State, Nigeria.
• He advised Siemens in connection with the local acquisition of assets of Dresser-Rand Nigeria Limited
• Acted as Nigerian Lenders’ Counsel to a syndicate of banks in connection with a US$1,245,000 (One Billion, Two Hundred and Forty-Five Million United States Dollars) reserve based lending facility to Petrobras Oil & Gas B.V.
