  • Advised Allegro, the most popular shopping platform in Poland and one of the world’s top ten e-commerce websites, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Mall Group and WE I DO CZ from the selling shareholders PPF, EC Investments, and Rockaway Capital for a total consideration of EUR 881m.
  • Advised Allegro on its listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The total value of the offering amounted to PLN 10.6 billion (USD 2.7 billion), which was the second largest capital raising in Europe that year and the largest IPO in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
  • Advised Cellnex Telecom, Europe’s leading operator of wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructures, on the approx. EUR 800 m acquisition of the passive telecommunication infrastructure of Play and on the PLN7 bn acquisition of 99.99% of Polkomtel Infrastruktura, the owner of the passive and active layers of Polsat Group’s mobile telecom infrastructure in Poland, from Cyfrowy Polsat and Polkomtel
  • Advised AccorInvest Group, a hotel investor, owner and operator active predominantly in the European market, on the announcement of the tender offer for 100% of the shares in Orbis, and on the financing of the transaction. The tender offer value was approx. PLN 5.3 billion. The transaction was recognized as the largest public M&A transaction in Poland in 2019 by Forbes Poland
