Aditya Bhargava

Aditya's areas of experience include banking and finance, securitisation, structure finance, debt capital markets, foreign currency lending (including external commercial borrowings and overseas direct investment transactions), trade finance, inter-bank lending, project finance, and syndicated rupee lending. Aditya's experience also includes a secondment to ANZ for a period of 1 year to provide legal assistance to the branch set-up team enabling the re-entry of ANZ in the Indian banking sector.

Aditya frequently advises various domestic and overseas lenders and financial institutions, and other participants and intermediaries on debt capital markets and structure finance transactions.
