Meysan's UAE office handled significant matters, including advising Agility on the groundbreaking ADX listing of Agility Global PLC, acting for National Real Estate Company on Abu Dhabi's largest private mixed-use development, Reem Mall, and representing Iraq Telecom Limited in multiple high-profile disputes involving asset seizures and enforcement of judgments. Additionally, Meysan advised Securities House and Al Dhow Capital on the acquisition of a 65% stake in Aster DM Healthcare GCC.
