They secured loan financing for their client, Eche Limited to acquire company shares, which were then resold to a new shareholder in a different jurisdiction. MFG prepared comprehensive legal documents, including loan agreements and corporate resolutions, instrument of transfer of shares among others. Additionally, the firm advised major telecommunications player, Digicel acting as local counsel for its Jamaican subsidiaries, which acted as guarantors for the financing.
