  • Advising Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications S.A.E. in acquiring all local mobile and international wholesale interconnection agreements, fixed licenses and international gateway licenses within the unified licensing regime.
  • Advising NxtVn (Finland) in its Joint Venture Agreement with Silicon Waha for the creation of Data Center parks throughout Egypt and with Telecom Egypt for the creation of the first Data Centers in the Data Center Parks.
  • Advising Global Peering Exchange LTD (GPX) since its incorporation in 2005 regarding all legal and telecom regulatory matters in Egypt.  ZH&P assisted GPX in obtaining the first and only Data Centrer license in Egypt enabling GPX to offer 99.999% Service Level Agreements to its clients.  ZH&P supported GPX in solving all pending disputes with Telecom Egypt – thus enabling GPX to open its second Tier IV Data Centre Cairo.  ZH&P negotiated a new Data Centre Framework for the Data Centres’ industry in Egypt. This new Framework enabled all Data Centres including GPX to become wholesale providers of Telecom Services and to offer its clients competitive pricing. 
  • Acting as the Legal counsel to Fawry for Banking & Payment Technology Services (Fawry) - a leading company in the field of information technology and electronic payment through a variety of network including ATMs, mobile wallets, commercial outlets and online payment - since its existence in Egypt in 2008 and advised on all legal, licensing and regulatory matters. (2008 – to date).
