  • Advisers on a debt & equity project financing of the largest sports, events and retail space arena in West Africa worth circa US$70 Million;
  • Solicitors to a leading Private Equity Fund on its US$2.4 Million investment in one of Nigeria's foremost Commodities Exchanges;
  • Solicitors to the Trustee in a N30 Billion Bond Issuance Programme of an Africa-focused integrated digital payments and commerce company;
  • Solicitors to One Finance & Investment (Carbon), a digital financial lender, in its first internationally backed commercial debt facility, aimed at transitioning the company into a full-service digital bank;

  • The Largest Single Financial Transaction in Nigerian Financial History  – TNP acted as joint-solicitors to the Issuer (Series II Bonds) in the Asset Management Company of Nigeria’s (“AMCON”) N 2, 067, 617, 117, 000.00 (Two Trillion, Sixty-Seven Billion, Six Hundred and Seventeen Million One Hundred and Seventeen Naira) Zero Coupon Series II Bonds issued under the N 4, 500, 000, 000, 000.00 (Four Trillion Five Hundred Billion Naira) AMCON Debt Issuance Program;
  • Enforcement of International award under the New York Convention – Enforced for the first time in Nigeria an International Arbitration Award (made in London) under the New York Convention;
  • First-of-a-kind Registration Worth N40 Billion – We acted as Solicitors to the Issue in respect of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc’s rights issue by way of Shelf Registration (equity) with a view to raising N40 Billion;
  • Acted as Solicitors to the Transaction in respect of Flour Mills of Nigeria's N70 Billion Bond Issuance Programme.
