  • Advised on an off grid mobile electricity solution provider in a US$15million facility granted by the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (“OPIC”). This involved the financing of the first mobile electricity solution project in Nigeria with the client collaborating with major telecommunication operators to provide the service.
