Šelih & Partnerji is a Ljubljana-headquartered full-service business law firm established in 1961. The firm prides in being one of the oldest law firms Slovenia. The firm is a member of Lex Mundi and South-East Europe (SEE) Legal international networks of independent law firms. The firm has a team of about 30 qualified lawyers and nine partners. The firm has expertise in all aspects of financial and corporate law including banking, debt capital markets and M&A. The firm is also active in advising on project development work.
Šelih & Partnerji advised Telemach Slovenia as the purchaser of T-2 d.o.o. This involved a due diligence process and a share purchase agreement. The deal is currently ongoing and led by partners Nataša Pipan Nahtigal, Blaž Ogorevc, and Jera Majzelj.
The firm also advised LOG ONE d.o.o. on the construction and leasing of commercial facilities adjacent to the Slovenian main airport. The team advised the client with negotiations with the tenant, project design companies, the local municipality as well as in the process of amendment of the municipal spatial plan. The firm acted as the client’s sole legal counsel in this project and was led by partner Miha Štravs.
