Banking & Finance:

• Advised TMG and its affiliate regarding various syndicated facilities totaling EGP 18.7B, to enhance the sector of Tourism and Real Estate.
• Advised Banque Misr to enhance the energy sector by refinancing the existing debt of Scatec Solar Group through green bonds issuance for USD 40M.

Capital Market:

• Advised United Tobacco Company before the Industrial Development Authority to obtain the license of manufacturing the traditional and electronic cigarettes.
• Advised Talaat Moustafa Group in relation to the launch of “Misr Real Estate Fund 1” with total contribution of up to EGP500M.

Project Development – PPP:

• Advised the Egyptian General Authority for Lands and Dry Ports on the financial closure of 6^th of October Dry Port PPP Project with a value of USD29.6M.

Arbitration:

• The Firm has succeeded to obtain two arbitral awards in favor of the clients re. consultancy agreement in the Oil & Gas field and escrow agreement for a total exceeding EGP2Billion.

Litigation:

• Obtained a judgment in favor of Al-Nouran Company in a dispute against The Eastern Company for manufacturing Sugar amounting EGP 716M.
• Obtained a judgment in favor of Egyptian Investment Company (EIC) in a dispute against Abu Soma Tourism Development Company amounting EGP 210M.
