(UCI), a specialised mortgage lender in Spain and Portugal 50/50 owned by Banco Santander S.A and BNP Paribas Group, signed an agreement for the direct sale of its entire Greek to a consortium consisting of CrediaBank and Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP.
