  • Advising Public Gas Corporation (DEPA) in their acquisition of participation in a SPV for the construction and operation of a FSRU of Alexandroupoli.
  • Advising on the privatization process of DEPΑ the public gas corporation run by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund.
  • Advised Alpha Bank on the REO transaction selling a group of real estate assets including a movie theatre complex in the Athens metro area to Brooklane Capital for over EUR 40mn.

  • Advised Davidson Kempner European Partners in bidding for a EUR 800mn portfolio of non-performing loans secured on marine and real estate assets originated by Piraeus Bank.
  • Advising a subsidiary of GEK TERNA in the refinancing of a bond loan amounting to EUR 35 mn, with three major Greek banks (NBG, Alpha, Piraeus) as subscribers, re the operation and upgrade of its facilities for magnesite processing.
