  • 2022 - Viva Wallet on the agreement with J.P. Morgan to acquire an ownership stake of approximately 49% on a €1.5 billion valuation by JPM.
  • 2022 - United Group B.V. in its acquisition of WIND Hellas, one of Greece’s three mobile operators with a total of 4.2 million users and revenues in excess of EUR 500 million annually.
  • 2022 - NN Group on the acquisition of MetLife’s business in Greece
  • 2022 - Cohn Robbins Holdings Corp. (NYSE: CRHC) in connection with the public listing on the NYSE of Allwyn Entertainment (the group-wide brand of SAZKA Entertainment AG) with a total enterprise value of approximately $9.3 billion
  • 2021 - Macquarie Group on the acquisition of a 49% ownership interest in the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO) for € 2.116 bn,
  • 2021 - Doordash Inc., the largest food delivery company in the United States, in its acquisition of the Finnish food-delivery company Wolt Enterprises.
  • 2021- DESFA on its €505 million common bond load, arranged by the four systemic banks, i.e. Alpha Bank S.A., Eurobank S.A., National Bank of Greece S.A., and Piraeus Bank S.A. where Eurobank S.A. acted as bondholder agent and administrative agent
  • 2021 - Macquarie Group on the acquisition of a 49% ownership interest in the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO) for € 2.116 bn,
  • 2021 - Nexi S.p.A on its agreement with Alpha Bank SA for the establishment of a strategic long-term partnership for Alpha Bank’s merchant acquiring business unit in Greece with an agreed Enterprise Value (EV) at Euro 307 million
  • 2021 - Advising Alpha Bank on its Euro 500M Senior Preferred bond issuance which has a 6.5-year maturity and is callable in year 5.5 with a coupon of 2.5% and a yield of 2.625%. The bond is listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange – EuroMTF Market,
  • 2021 - Eurobank on the sale of 80% of its subsidiary, FPS, to DoValue (Project Europe)
