  • Advised in the most important operations (Botafogo, Cruzeiro and Vasco) related to SAFs, new legal framework for Brazilian football clubs;
  • Advised BRF raise 5.4 billion reais in a follow-on equity offering;Advised Grupo Fleury in its first issue of sustainability-linked bonds;
  • Advised Oi S.A. in its restructuring, which has been considered the largest one in Latin America;
  • Advised Lux Oil & Gas International, as controlling shareholder, in the financial restructuring of Constellation;
