  • Acting as local counsel to the Egyptian Refinery Company project (a US$ 3.7 billion green field petroleum refining project);
  • Co-advising together with Gowlings (Canada) Rusatom in relation to all Egyptian law in respect of building Egypt’s first Nuclear Plant;
  • Acting as sole legal advisor to New Administrative Capital, Egypt’s largest construction project;
  • Advising EFG Hermes, with respect to the acquisition of Tanmeyah Mircro-finance Services, a leading microfinance lender in a transaction value of EGP 450 Million;
  • Advising EISCC on USD 90 million acquisition of OTMT’s subsidiary MENA Submarine Cables.
  • Advising India’s LuLu Hypermarket on USD 500 Million agreement with the Egyptian government for the establishment of four new retail outlets.
  • Advising the New Urban Communities Authority on USD 3 Billion facility agreement with a group of lenders led by state-owned Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
