  • Advising Goldman Sachs and Highgate on the purchase of the K&K Hotels group in Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary as well as on the sale of the K&K hotels to InterGlobe;
  • Advising Steinhoff Europe on the insolvency and restructuring related aspects of the near-insolvency situation of its affiliates Kika and Leiner; one of the largest distressed assets transactions in CEE ever;
