W&H is mostly focusing on the capital markets, M&A and commercial litigation. S&D is mostly focusing on banking and finance such as corporate, project, and structured finance, M&A, infrastructure, healthcare, maritime law, and project energy. 

Highlights  

On the equity capital market front, the firm advised Hatten Bali on its initial public offering (IPO). The deal was a complex one as the issuer was the first wine producer in Indonesia to carry out an IPO and there were several crucial issues to be resolved because the alcoholic beverage business sector in Indonesia is closed to new investment.
