The firm’s banking work was primarily corporate finance – predominantly financing – transactions where its clients were the lenders and borrowers. The firm also advised on the lender side of Islamic financing.

The capital markets team was particularly active on equity mandates. It worked for issuers on secondary share offerings.

In M&A, the firm was active on strategic deals on both the buy and sell side. In a landmark mandate, the firm acted for the seller on the final major tower deal in Indonesia.

A significant project finance mandate saw the firm act for the lender in one of the first geothermal projects which is being funded by an Indonesian bank.

In restructuring and insolvency, the firm recently acted for shareholders in industrials and manufacturing, and food and beverage sectors.
