In the capital markets area, the firm advised on debt and equity transactions. On the debt side it mainly acted for issuers on bond issuances, while advising issuers on rights issues and IPOs on the equity side.
In its M&A and restructuring practice, the firm acted for sellers and investors on deals in various sectors including oil and gas and food and beverage.
The firm recruited partner Ken Prasadtyo for its capital market, corporate and merger and acquisitions, financial services, technology and media and telecommunications team. Yogie Sugiharto, who was partner of the banking and finance, corporate and M&A, projects and infrastructure and restructuring and insolvency team, departed the firm.
