Tamuno Atekebo

  • Advised on an off grid mobile electricity solution provider in a US$15million facility granted by the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (“OPIC”). This involved the financing of the first mobile electricity solution project in Nigeria with the client collaborating with major telecommunication operators to provide the service.

  • Advising a client building a tank farm  for liquified petroleum gas in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

Real Estate:
Otome Okolo

  • Advising a major manufacturing company in respect of the construction of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) production plant in Igbesa, Ogun State, Nigeria. Work done also included the review of an EPCM contract for the building of the client’s plant. 

Chinasa Unaegbunam

  • Advising a South African client on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract with particular reference to the permits and licences required for, and other issues relating to, the construction of a natural has power generation plant in Nigeria.
