services and technology.
The project development team advises many developers and financial sponsors in the finance aspects of transactions. It is active in the oil and gas, energy and infrastructure industries.
The firm has a plethora of key clients in the banking and energy industries, including Banco Santander, Teekay Offshore Partners, Engie Brasil Energia, Syncreon Group,
Pátria Investimentos, FTV Capital, Banco BTG Pactual and Banco Itaú.

The banking team
advised lenders and borrowers on international financing transactions with ESG components.
The firm’s debt capital markets work included green bond issuances and other securitizations in various industries such as transport infrastructure, banking, energy, sanitation,
technology and consumer goods.
The equity side was involved in domestic share offerings
mainly in the energy sector.
The investment funds team was immersed in the investment management sector as well as the real estate industry. The firm
assisted fund managers on quota offerings.
In M&A and private equity teams were involved in cross-border acquisitions. The M&A team specifically advised on
mergers and joint ventures with distinctly complex structures
in the energy sector.
The project development team was busy with confidential matters. In project finance, the firm
advised more lenders than borrowers in
the banking, energy and oil and gas industries. Some transactions had cross-border elements.
In April of 2022,
