Soliman Hashish & Partners is a corporate law firm founded in 2014. The firm is led by joint managing partners Frederic Soliman and Mohamed Hashish and has one office in New Cairo.

The firm is a specialist in project development and M&A transactions. In M&A the firm assists on acquisitions and restructurings for clients in the technology, financial services and industrial sectors whilst in projects the firm works on infrastructure projects for clients linked with the financial services, construction, waste and education sectors.
