Highlights 

The firm advised Pamica Group on the SEK1.6 billion credit facility provided by Nordea Bank and Danske Bank for acquisition purposes. 

In Equity Capital Markets, the firm advised Fastighets AB Balderin on its $115 million directed share issue o to AMF and Swedbank Robur. 

In M&A, the firm advised Bulten on its SEK530 million indirect acquisition of Exim & Mfr Holdings.
