In banking the firm worked on refinancing, private placement of bonds and debt restructuring as well as a range of loan transactions for clients linked with real estate, banking and financial services, and consumer services.

In debt capital markets the firm’s work focused on fund formation, securitisations, bond and note issuances for clients connected with banking and financial services.

In M&A the firm has worked on acquisition and investment transactions for clients connected to insurance, investment management, healthcare, tourism, automotive and technology.

In project development the firm worked on procurement and project finance deals, concessions, procurement and negotiation work for clients connected to transportation, government and public body, renewables, social infrastructure and power.

In project finance the firm worked on financing for clients connected to shipping, construction, government and public policy, banking, transport, energy, oil and gas sectors.

In restructuring and insolvency, the firm worked on corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings for clients connected to construction, insurance, technology, banking, financial services, oil and gas sectors.

During the research period corporate and M&A senior associate Miguel Pereira Bonifácio joined the firm from Finerge.
