    Iberian Integration of Portik Group
SRS Legal advised Oxy Capital in the Iberian merger of two property management businesses invested by Oxy Capital in Portugal and Spain. The outcome of this operation is that it consolidates the holding company as a European leader in real estate management, facilitating the professionalisation of a traditionally highly fragmented sector. In addition, it will contribute to the promotion of a key agent for the energy rehabilitation of the residential stock, helping to achieve the objectives set by the European Union. In the medium term, the Portik Group expects to close 2027 with a turnover of more than 120 million euros, 2,000,000 houses under management and 4,000 employees, mainly thanks to the maintenance of the inorganic growth strategy that has led both companies to jointly integrate more than 80 companies in less than 5 years.
As part of the growth plan, funds will also be allocated to organic growth and technology investment will be increased, a clear commitment from both companies.
