Over the research period, the firm saw activity in banking and finance, capital markets, M&A, project development and restructuring.  

The firm’s banking team was involved in different types of financing transactions including asset acquisition financing in the infrastructure sector and bank lending transactions involving development banks. The firm also advised on syndicated loans.  

In capital markets, the firm advised on high-profile sustainability linked bond issuances. The firm advised issuers and underwriters including development banks and other financial institutions. All the firm’s work was concentrated in debt capital markets.  

The M&A department advised buyers and sellers in public acquisitions and asset acquisitions across various industries. The firm also advised private equity firms in private acquisitions.  

The firm’s projects team was mostly involved in advising transport infrastructure concessionaires on regulatory matters. The firm also advised sponsors and project companies in the project finance arena and advised on projects in the mining sector.  

In restructuring, the firm participated in restructuring and insolvency proceedings that had notably high market impacts. The firm advised creditors and debtors.
