Founded in Egypt in 2016, Rizkana & Partners (“R&P”) is a full-service law firms based in Cairo and led by managing partner Hazim Rizkana.

The firm has a particular focus on banking & finance and M&A work. In banking and finance the firm's work focuses on assisting with facility agreements for clients connected with the legal sector. In M&A the firm works on acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings for a mix of acquirers and sellers connected with the financial services, investments and consumer goods & services sectors.
