Pogossians Law Group is an Armenian corporate law firm established in 2017. The firm has its offices in Yerevan. The firm advises both local and international clients on diverse legal matters, specialising in banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency and financial services regulatory.
Highlights
During 2024-2025 the firm, led by Grevorg Poghosyan, worked on several projects for the Central Depository of Armenia. Most significantly, the project included advice on securities registration settlement rules impacting its relationship with Clearstream, in the wake of updates to the Armenian Law on joint stock companies, and on admitting one of Georgia's largest banks onto the Central Depository's system.
The firm has helped its client Green Invest Non-Public Contractual investment Fund on securing investments worth $18 million over the course of a year and, in a first for Armenia, enabling the administration its shares by the Central Depository of Armenia.
