Nunziante Magrone

Nunziante Magrone Studio Legale Associato was established in 2003, born out of a merger of Magrone & Associati (established in 1980) and Nunziante (established in 1998). Since then the firm has established offices in Rome, Milan and Bologna and formed associations with firms in Istanbul and Tirana. Its Italian branches employ 78 lawyers, 13 of whom are founding partners.

The firm is experienced in advising creditors on debt restructuring and on cross-border M&A in general. Banking work typically is assisting banks and financial institutions in financing transactions. The team also helps borrowers.
