Notable examples of such deals are Indigo Merger Sub $500 million 2.875% senior secured notes and HSE finance $250 million senior secured floating rate notes.

In investment funds the firm was engaged in advising on fund formation and restructuring.

The firm was particularly active in the M&A space during the research period where it advised investment companies/private equity firms and corporate clients on several acquisitions.
