In M&A a notable example of the firm’s recent work includes advising DSV on its acquisition of the global freight and contract logistics business DB Schenker. The transaction value is $15.85 billion. The deal represented the second largest deal recorded by a Danish company and recorded as the largest deal in the global logistics sector.  

The firm also played a critical role with regards to Novo Holdings merger agreement with Catalent Pharma Solutions to acquire all outstanding shares of Catalent valued at $16.5 billion. This acquisition is recorded as one of the largest ever made by a Danish company.
