In regulatory financial services, the firm represents banking and financial institutions in regulatory issues stemming from capital markets issuances and acquisitions. It also supports institutions in new and existing legislative compliance, especially in the fintech industry.
The capital markets practice works on the debt and equity side, representing both issuers and underwriters. On the debt side, the firm has experience in issuing investment grade bonds, high yield bonds, maple bonds, covered bonds and green bonds.
