During the research period the banking and project development teams worked on the development and financing for a plethora of gas and renewable energy projects, including wind farms and solar farms, representing both the sponsors and lenders. Banking work also included deals in the finance and manufacturing sectors.
The capital markets team mostly represented underwriters as well as some firms in debt issuances and financial restructurings. Furthermore, the team also worked on sovereign and subnational government debt.
The M&A team represented clients in a variety of sectors including finance, technology,
