The banking team was regularly engaged to represent financial institutions or the borrowers or project proponents in loan syndications, acquisition financing and project financing transactions across the spectrum of industries.

In the capital markets area, the firm advised on debt and equity transactions. On the debt side it did a mix of issuer and initial purchaser side work on investment grade and green bond issues. On the equity side, it worked for issuers on IPOs.

In M&A, the firm was active representing local and foreign clients, including private and publicly listed companies, in their acquisitions and strategic divestments of assets, business or equity interests, as well as mergers and consolidations of subsidiaries and affiliates.

In projects, the firm has advised private project proponents and financiers for infrastructure, energy and natural resources projects.

In restructuring and insolvency, the firm recently acted for both creditors, debtors and shareholders.
