Machado Associados was established in 1990 and specializes in corporate law services for local and international clients. In 2019, the firm merged with CHBS – Cipullo, Harada, Bezerra e Santos. The firm is also part of two international networks, LATAXNET and WTS Global. The M&A group is segmented into four unique teams: a corporate structuring and restructuring team, non-transactional corporate advice, M&A and contracts. The projects group acts as a strategic consultant for clients, implementing and managing projects, operations and enterprises. The team advises local and international companies, where they assist in public bidding, public private partnerships, authorizations and more. The firm is strong in infrastructure and energy sectors, as well as oil and gas, logistics and technology.
