MG Partners

Founded in 2008, MG Partners has permanent offices in Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Karaganda. The firm was registered on the territory of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) in 2019 and received a license in accordance with its applicable law. The staff currently includes more than 20 employees.   

Primary practice areas of the firm include corporate, commercial law, registration of legal entities, mergers and acquisitions, legal support of the termination of the activity of a legal entity, de-registration from the record registration of branch and representative office. The firm works with clients from Netherlands, Italy, Georgia, China and Japan.
