The banking and finance practice has experience supporting PPP contractors and can be seen acting as deal counsel to the issuance and placement of shares on the Buenos Aires’ Stock Exchange. The firm has a strong fintech background. It works in blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation, as well as P2P lending and the development of digital banks.
