Deal highlights include advising Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH and its incorporated subsidiary, Cheplapharm Schweiz GmbH, as guarantor and security provider, in connection to the issuance of EUR 750 million senior secured notes.

In the M&A space, the firm played a critical role in advising Banco BTG Pactual S.A on the expansion of their banking business through the acquisition of FIS Privatbank SA. The firm assisted in all matters relating to the structuring of the transaction, due dilligence and general integration of the two banking institutions.
