The firm advised private equity firm triton on the strategic combination of its portfolio companies, Assemblin and Caverion, into the Assemblin Caverion Group. The firm advised on the financing of the group, valued at USD 1.4 billion in high yield notes and USD 527 million in credit facilities.  

 

In capital markets equity, the firm represented both Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan Securities in connection with an offer by agricultural company Adecoagro to purchase up to USD 100 million of its outstanding loans.
