The firm’s Singapore office is focused on M&A, private equity, restructuring and various modes of financing, with strong expertise in the technology, financial services, energy, commodities and natural resources sectors. The type of transactions the firm is involved in ranges from venture capital transactions to cross-border M&A, primarily in the non-listed sector.

During the research period, the M&A team was active in advising private acquisition, asset acquisition, joint venture and divestment mandates. 

Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising Elis SA, the global leader in textile rental and maintenance services, on its acquisition of 100% of Wonway Manufacturing, a Malaysian company.

The firm also advised Lectra SA, a listed French high-tech group with a global presence, on its phased acquisition of Six Atomic, a fashion technology group specializing in AI-powered solutions.
