Highlights  

Recent examples of the firm’s innovative role in project development include advising Ørsted Bioenergy & Thermal Power assistinng in the development of a carbon capture and storage value chain. The deal has been recorded to be one of the largest carbon capture and storage projects in Europe that involved market first contracts including the carbon storage contract with Northern Lights and the CDR purchase agreement with Microsoft.  

In banking and finance, the firm advised, as lead counsel to the borrower, Coloplast A/S in connection with its bridge to equity financing of a significant acquisition of Icelandic company, Kerecis hf, valued at 1.3 billion. The transaction has been noted as one of the largest acquisitions in both Iceland and Denmark in 2023.
