Founded in 2011, KhanLex Partners has long been one of Mongolia’s premier law firms. It qualified in Mongolian law only and organised itself into core practice areas departments, headed by a partner and co-practiced by another partner. 

Focusses/ specialisms    

The firm’s core practice areas are banking and finance, capital markets and corporate M&A. It has a strong focus on finance, infrastructure, general commercial and corporate law and dispute resolution. It has also worked on a wide range of green finance projects, including green housing financing, residential retrofitting, establishment of dedicated green finance corporations and renewables.
