Khalifeh & Partners advised and completed the merger of EFG Hermes Jordan, Arab Financial Investment Company and
Mawared Brokerage into UFICO. This included drafting the merger contract as well as providing legal support to government entities. The team was led by Khaldoun Nazer and acted as lead counsel. The transaction closed in September 2024.
The firm also advised on the strategic partnership between infinity and Middle East Holdings to roll out EV cars charging stations. This included advising on the shareholders agreement, undertaking registration of the joint venture, and advising on project implementation.

Mubaidien. The transaction concluded in December 2024, however, the firm continues to advise on project implementation.
