During the research period the firm was active in banking and finance, capital markets, M&A, and project development.

In banking and finance, it advised mostly banks and a few investment funds on acquisition financing, refinancing and restructuring of loans.

In terms of capital markets work the team advised clients on issues such as securitization, receivables, junior notes, initial purchases of notes as well as bond and note issues.

The M&A team advised acquirers and sellers on acquisitions in logistics, gaming, technology and manufacturing, The team has also assisted with the formation of a joint venture.
