The team acted as lead counsel and was led Doreen Onwong’a. The transaction closed in August 2024.
The team also advised Centum Investment Company PLC on a debt to equity conversion by the loan noteholders in Two Rivers Development Limited and Centum Investment Company PLC (CICP), as guarantor of the Notes. The team acted as lead counsel and was led by partners Mugambi Nandi and Doreen Onwong’a. The transaction closed in August 2024.
