In banking and finance it advised mostly local lenders in cross-border financing, acquisition finance, and was particularly active in project financing and refinancing. It also acted on behalf of the borrower in the restructuring of its debt.
In corporate and M&A it advised local and foreign clients, often on the buy side in acquisitions of shares, assets and SPVs, joint ventures, privatisations, a demerger and on an array of corporate matters. It has been active in all industries including renewable energy and infrastructure, pharma industry and hospitality.
In project development it worked on behalf of mainly foreign developers and contractors on tenders for PPP projects in infrastructure and energy, and provided support on complex legal and regulatory matters. The firm has been particularly active in development projects in renewable and classical energy projects.
Recent staffing changes include the recruitment of a new partner in corporate and M&A Ioanna Lazaridou, hired from Kelemenis Law Firm.
