International Counsel Bureau

The International Counsel Bureau was established in 1994 by Abdul Rahman Al Haroun. He was later joined by Ghazi Al Qahtani in 1998.  The firm is presently led by managing partner Aisha Al Nesef and has an office in Kuwait City.

In financial and corporate work, the firm has been active in a wide variety of work including mergers, restructurings, investments, bond issuances and loan financing for clients.
